Mark Reed's extensive
experience in project management execution and training has provided him with
a strong practical approach for defining and delivering desired customer
results. Innovative needs analysis techniques and the worldwide
accepted "Project Management . . . by the Numbers"
methodology have allowed him to guide ProSess International clients through
the difficult stages of objective definition and project planning to achieve
timely and cost effective programs.
He
brings to ProSess International many talents that have grown from over twenty
years of practical performance. These are highlighted by his strong
organizational capabilities, some of which Mark obtained through customer
interface and business analysis positions within the exciting Information Technology
world of the telecommunications industry.
Mark’s
consultation and training experience includes such clients as Blue Cross,
Shell Oil, Grant Thornton, Harrah’s Entertainment and Dupont
Pharmaceuticals. He is also on the faculty of the American Management
Association and is consistently rated as one of the top instructors in this
prestigious organization for his presentation and delivery of the
seminar material.
Mark
has successfully planned and executed projects of varying complexity with
budgets in the multi-million dollar range. His knowledge and skills in
finance, resource management, customer interface and negotiations have been
essential factors for the prolific demand for his services by ProSess
International clients. Currently Mark has facilitated "Project
Management . . . by the Numbers" in 20 countries worldwide.

Sheri Olson
Director - ProSess International
Sheri Olson
is a professional Project Manager and has implemented project management cultures
across a broad variety of businesses: small business, large corporations,
hospitals and academia. Her ability to
drive multiple businesses to successful project and program execution in line
with business needs is due in large part to using project management. She has been associated with ProSess
International and been training and consulting “Project Management…by the
Numbers” for over five years.
Ms. Olson brings to ProSess International a fifteen-year track
record of successful projects, as well as a tremendous amount of leadership
experience. Her practical application
of the "Project Management . . . by the Numbers” methodology has allowed
her to use project management for both the completion of small departmental
projects, as well as large organizational culture changes. She works closely with clients to show the
full operational benefits of business cultures speaking the same language
through project management. "Project
Management . . . by the Numbers” gives her the tools to easily work with
clients for implementing a project management culture that works within their
business structure for optimal results.
Sheri’s project management experience includes: Georgetown University
Medical Center, Bethesda Naval Medical Research Institute, Celera Genomics
and Applied Biosystems. She holds
advanced degrees in Biology from Virginia Tech and the Johns Hopkins
University. She was awarded the 1998 IPO Inventor of
the Year award for her participation on the research team that discovered the
consensus sequence of the BRCA1 gene that is now routinely used for
hereditary breast cancer screening.
Also, she led diverse scientific teams that assisted in the completion
of the Human Genome Project.
