The ProSess International consultant coach is available to the Project Manager 24/7 via telephone or e-mail to answer questions and offer advice. The Project Manager's Mentor is also available to attend kick-off or other project related meetings to evaluate the adherence to process and the personal style of the Project Manager.

·         One on one coaching

All ProSess International coaching is done on a one-on-one basis that promotes a relationship of partnership between the Mentor and Project Manager.
